Školní rok 2026/27 byl dnes zahájen! 🎒📚

Nově do naší party přibyli prvňáčci s paní učitelkou Míšou. Z odpoledního do ranního vyučování se přesunula početná a na dvojčata bohatá třída druháků, kterou letos povede paní učitelka Klára.

Všem dětem z TGM přejeme, ať je to v naší škole baví! ❤️

Registration for our Fall Quarter Czech courses closes today!
All levels are welcome. This fall, we are offering beginner courses both online and in person, as well as the Czech Language and Culture Club for anyone who wants to immerse themselves in Czech culture and enjoy hearing and using the language in a relaxed setting without a strong emphasis on grammar.

GERMANS AND CZECHS: A SHARED PATH THROUGH HISTORY 🇨🇿🇩🇪

College courses for adults 50+ at the Masaryk School continue!
This semester, students will explore the key events that shaped Czech-German relations from the Middle Ages to the present and examine their lasting impact on Central Europe.

💭 Course Details:
• Term Ends: December 15, 2026
• Format: 6 video lectures (in Czech with English subtitles) + bilingual study materials
• Engage with Fellow Students: Join our coordinated online meetings with Irena Čajková, an Instructional Professor at the University of Chicago and a teacher at the T. G. Masaryk Czech School.

Ve třídě prvňáčků zbývá pár volných míst. Přihlášky přijímáme do úterý 1. září! ☀️

Pro velký zájem v září otvíráme novou první třídu. Každou sobotu 10-13 hodin, začínáme 12. září.
O přihlášky pište na info@czechschoolchicago.org. Do třídnice nové studenty zapisujeme do 1. září. Schopnost komunikovat v češtině podmínkou. 😊
